No. Your budget is private to you. Each builder sees only their own quote, changes and payments.
Yes. As a homeowner you have 14 days to cancel a quote, change or contract you agree away from the builder's premises, including in the app. The 14 days start the day you agree, or the day the last materials the builder supplies arrive. Press Cancel in Tidy Builder or tell the builder another way. They refund any payment within 14 days. If you asked them in writing to start within the 14 days, you pay a fair share for the work done up to then. Made-to-measure items, urgent repairs you called them out for and materials that can't be separated once fitted can't be cancelled.
The business plan is free during early access. Your clients and subcontractors always join free.
