Every change shows its price and its effect on the handover date. The client agrees it in writing before you start, so there is a record of what was agreed and when.
Can my client see my costs and margins?
No. Your costs and margins are private to your business. Your client sees your quote, your changes and the payments due.
What if a client cancels within 14 days?
Homeowners usually have 14 days to cancel an agreement made away from your premises. Tidy Builder records it if they do and tells you. If they asked you to start inside those 14 days, they pay for the work done.
