Built to stop disputes before they start.
Tidy Builder is one shared plan for everyone on a building job: the homeowner and every builder and trade, in their own language.
Most rows start with a small misunderstanding.
“I'm a UK commercial solicitor. I have seen how building disputes start: a price agreed on the doorstep, a date that slipped, a change nobody wrote down. Tidy Builder puts those things in writing while the job is still going well.”
A building job has dozens of small agreements. Quotes, changes, dates and decisions end up spread across texts, calls and memory.
Tidy Builder keeps them in one place that everyone on the job shares. Nobody has to remember who said what, because it is written down and agreed.
It is not a marketplace. It doesn't find builders or clients. It is for the people already working on a job together.
