Do they need to download an app?
No. Tidy Builder works in any phone browser. Anyone who wants an icon on their home screen can add one from their browser's menu.
Can my builder see my budget?
No. Your budget is private to you. Each builder sees their own quote, changes and payments, not anyone else's.
What does it cost me?
The homeowner plan is free during early access. We'll tell you before any charge starts.
Can I still cancel a change I agreed?
Yes. Agreeing in Tidy Builder doesn't take away your legal rights. Homeowners usually have 14 days to cancel an agreement made away from the builder's premises and Tidy Builder records it if you do.
