What's free, who sees what and how to get help.

   Step 1: Is it free? Taking part in a project is always free. While Tidy Builder is in early access, the business and homeowner plans are free too. We'll tell you before any charge starts.

   Step 2: Who can see my project? Only the people in it. Competing builders never see each other's prices, messages or names.

   Step 3: Is a tick legally binding? It's a real agreement between you. Homeowners usually keep their legal right to cancel within 14 days. See Your right to cancel, explained.

   Step 4: Where are my records? Every agreement makes a PDF, saved in your documents and emailed to everyone in the project.

   Step 5: Can I use it on my phone? Yes. It works in any phone browser. You can also add it to your home screen from your browser's menu.

   Step 6: How do I get my data or close my account? Open Settings and scroll to the card Your data.
