Read and agree a quote
Go through it line by line, ask about anything unclear, then agree.
Step 1: Open the quote from your builder.
Step 2: Read each line. Each one shows what's included, what's not included, what the price assumes and what it depends on.
Step 3: For each line, press Agree if you're happy or Not quite if something's wrong.
Step 4: If anything is unclear, type your question in the card Questions about the quote further down. Press Send.
Step 5: When you're ready, find the cream box Ready to agree? (on the right, or at the bottom on a phone). Tick the box. It says exactly what you're agreeing to, with the price.
Step 6: If you want work to start within your 14-day cancellation period, tick the optional boxes under it. Leave them empty if not.
Step 7: Press Agree the quote and commit to pay.
What happens next
You'll see a green "Agreed" box. A PDF record is saved in your documents and emailed to you both. If you ticked by mistake, press Undo within 10 minutes.

- Don't want to go ahead? Press I don't want to go ahead with this quote at the bottom of the same box.
