Agree a change
See what a change adds to the bill and the finish date before you say yes.
Step 1: Open Waiting for you on your project page.
Step 2: In the card for the change (it says Change and its number to agree), press Look and agree.
Step 3: Check the three tiles at the top: Cost of this change, New total for the job and the handover date.
Step 4: Read What's included and any other lists below it.
Step 5: If you have a question, type it in the card Questions about this change. Press Send.
Step 6: When you're happy, tick the box in the cream box Ready to agree? Press Agree change with its number and commit to pay.
What happens next
The new total and handover date update straight away for you and your builder. Ticked by mistake? Press Undo within 10 minutes.
