Getting started as a homeowner
Your builder has invited you. Here's how to open your project.
Step 1: Open the email from your builder. Press the link in it.
Step 2: Press Email me my sign-in link. There's no password.
Step 3: Open the new email from Tidy Builder. Press the link in it. It works for 24 hours.
Step 4: Press Open the project.
Step 5: Follow the Getting started list at the top of your project page.
What happens next
Your project page shows Waiting for you near the top: anything your builder needs you to read, ask about or agree.
